Melalin Sanchez

Hi! My name is Melalin, and I’m an upcoming senior at Overton High. I’m a visual artist and I’m incredibly passionate about creating and learning. I joined Art Flow because I genuinely believe in the impact that art can have on neurodivergent individuals. Seeing my younger brother, who is on the spectrum, express himself through art has been one of the most eye opening experiences for me. I’ve always been an advocate for neurodivergent students from a young age, and I knew they were capable of achieving the same things as others. However, seeing my brother’s evolving expression has motivated me to spread and support the powerful tool that is art expression!
